Ventura County, California Homes Values & Sales Report July of 2017

On August 16, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values rose 1.7% to the price of $648,500 in July of 2017 from price of $637,500 in June of 2017, and jumped 5.4% from price of $615,000 in July of 2016. While, homes sales fell 21.5% in July of 2017 from June of 2017, and down 8.7% from July of 2016 in Ventura County, California.

There were 5.0 months supplies of available inventory of homes in July of 2017 increased from 4.1 months in June of 2017, and higher from 4.7 months in July of 2016. An average it took 46.3 days to sell a home in July 2017, gained from 44.0 days in June of 2017, but dropped from 54.7 days in July of 2016 in Ventura County, California.
