There are many ways to sell homes in Sacramento. You can tear down neighborhoods if you so choose; talk about the crime, poverty or dangerous situations that you imagine exist, or you can focus on the positives of affordable housing for deserving families.

Every real estate agent has her / his own appproach. Although, I ran across one agent who made my blood boil. This idiot used racial slurs and stereotypes to describe neighborhoods. Elizabeth, our MLS prohibits many words to be used if they border on discrimination.   You should sell the home, and leave opinions out of the equation!

Agreed, why focus on the negatives? That kind of energy will just suck the life out of me. No idea how those agents can stay in business.
