I was previewing properties yesterday in anticipation of listing and selling a vacation home in Watercolor, Fl. I love previewing new properties because it is part of the value I add to every real estate transaction that I and my team are a part of. I was also trying to escape all the craziness that seems to dominate the news media these days. So saying that, the day was getting better and better especially after I turned off the TV.
Watercolor is a very nice subdivision in a great location with fantastic amenities. It is very popular as a vacation destination and investors are generally happy with the returns they receive from their rental property. I could go on and on about the advantages of this area but I wanted to share this delightful young man who demonstrates in the finest fashion that there is still hope in America today. I had a very short chat with him about business. He said it was a very hot market but that the inventory was low. Prices seem to be stable and there is not alot of competition for quality inventory. Needless to say, I made a contribution to his cause. He did not have change for my 20 but at the moment it did not seem to matter and the lemonade was very rewarding. My message, When the Lord gives you lemons, make lemonade.
