Beverly Hills , CA, 90210 Community Overview. Just an FYI, I wrote a post about BHPO so there seemed to be a great deal of interest how Beverly Hills Proper compares to BHPO. So with that said let us look:

If you compare the two you will notice that there are a great deal more renters. This of course would bring up the next question as to WHY? The answer is very simple the Beverly Hills School System is world renown, hence people will pay a great deal to have the chance to put their children into the school system even it is only to "rent" so they can have a Beverly Hills Address.

I find that housing stability is usually a good indicator of what the turnover rate is for a specific community and if it is a solid neighborhood. Of course in the greater Los Angeles we usually have a huge turnover. The biggest reason is not everyone can break into the Business World, would it be the music or the film industry it is a very competitive environment and many come and go....

Is what I would expect from this part of California but one side of things is a little bit on the downturn but should be back up within a good amount of time. Do you agree?

This is really good information to know. Let's hope the pie is never completely in the harvest gold. People really do pay more if they want their kids to go to a certain school district.
