I belong to the online photo album/website Shutterfly. I occasionally receive emails for free or discounted offers and the other day I received one offering me a set of 12 free notecards if I ordered them by May 14th. ($9.99 value)

I immediately thought "why not?". I uploaded a fun picture of my kids (ages 4 and 5) in front of a cool drag car from our recent trip to the races and wrote "Hope your summer is racing off to a great start!" as a caption under the photo. Of course I will put a handwritten note inside :)

I do have to pay shipping and handling, but for $2.66 I just got a set of very personalized, fun notecards to send to 12 of my SOI members! I will use several of them to reconnect to some old friends of the kids that we haven't seen in awhile. So it might be worth it to join Shutterfly if you aren't already a member.

P.S - grrrrr why can't I upload any pictures anymore to AR??? My computer never wants to cooperate!

Thanks Bob, it's simple, and doesn't cover that much of my SOI, but it took me 5 minutes to order/make them and I figure another 15-20 minutes to write out. Worth the small amount of time and money to me! I truly believe the little things really do pay off.

Ronda, all of a sudden I could not upload photos to AR either, I found out my pop ups were keeping them out. Something I did with an update, check your pop ups.

What a great way to maximize your account (shutterfly). I often get free postcard advertisements from Vista Print, I should really take the 10 - 15 minutes or so to create some great personalized cards. I love it!
