How to Guarantee Christmas 2017 Being Your BEST EVER as a Realtor

Understand there was no intention whatsoever for Christmas 2016 to be my best ever, it just ends up it will be that way. What I mean having the last two months be really high in income will be my highest income productivity ever for November and December in 37 years. And whether or not you are experiencing that now and in this the final two months of 2016, some ideas that can assure your ending two month of 2017 can be your best ever:
1 Begin now. Meaning choose two or three of the list here and put them into action today. You can add others in coming weeks and months.
2 Having a coach or at least a mentor will more than pay for itself. Don't have the money for one, even more reason why you need one. Really want one? NEGOTIATE! Come up with a win win situation, so the coach or mentor can see a guarantee of payment.
3 Learn to focus. If you are anything like me, I feel sorry for you. I can be distracted so easily. I can't even sit in the library and read and not look up at the majority of the people who pass by. If you experience that horrible of a lack of focus, begin now, to take baby steps of little things you will do each day, even every hour to begin to change that habit.
It may not be easy but it is easier than to stop smoking or if you are 30 pounds overweight implementing the weight loss habit.
4 You will want to use five to seven different ways to prospect or market yourself. Here are five:
Call 10 people a day who know you trust you and like you with a thank you offer and ask.
Implement EDDM for 5,000 houses, can't afford it do 1,000 can't afford that start with 500. have the SAME message on each post card and mail every two weeks.
Accumulate 1000 to 2000 names and telephone numbers of loan officers in your area and call 60 minutes a day looking for someone who will give you 1 million dollars worth of business a month, in return you give them all of your business. Understand it won't begin on month one you will build up to it.
Hold four open houses a week of two hours each.
Join a Toastmaster club, six months later join a second, and then a third. Every seven minute speech you give make it about real estate.
When you are working, work hard
Take some time to play every week and when you play, play hard.
Have three promises: always be on time, brutally honest, and do what you say you will do.
5 Pray and pray often.
6 Write positive affirmations for a few minutes daily.
7 Read a minimum of 30 minutes daily.
8 Recognize daily the more times you fail the more successes you will have.
