It's the moment you've been waiting for . . . the list of participating homes, the days they are taking part, and the items they are featuring has gone live! You can find it here. When you click on each individual address, it will tell you what days they are participating, and the items they are selling (if the seller chose to provide such information). Please note that this information will be updating daily, so check back often! Potential sellers, this means that you can still register to take part in the sale! You won't be included in the published list in the Journal & Topics Newspapers, but you will be featured in the online one.
What is the Park Ridge Community Wide Garage Sale?
Dave Murphy Team is proud to take part in this 11th Annual event. Keller Williams Realty Partners, Park Ridge Illinois and the Journal and Topics Newspapers annually sponsor a city wide garage sale in Park Ridge Illinois. The event is held the weekend AFTER Labor Day each year from 8am-4pm. The 2017 event will be held on Saturday, September 9th. Over 100 homes take part in this event, and attendees have along history of scouring the list of participants and list of items for sale in order to formulate the best "plan of attack" for the day.

On Friday, September 8th, Toasty Cheese Food Truck will pull into the Keller Williams Realty Partners parking lot to TOAST a wonderful start to this exciting weekend! To read the details that rely heavily on the words cheese, bacon and duck fat, click here.
What to do with the "Treasures" that don't sell?
From Friday, September 8th at 3:00 until Monday Sepetember 11th at 10:00am, you can bring your unsold goods to our parking lot at 700 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge. A donation truck benefitting the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition will be waiting for your items. All proceeds from these donations will go to help this worthy cause during September, which is Ovarian Cancer awareness month. ANYONE (not just garage sale hosts) can bring their items to be donated.
