Update on the saga of the agent that tried to solicit my Listing.

Well thank you all for reading and commenting on the my other blog about the agent that tried to steal my listing. (Sorry I have not figured out how to link to other blogs yet) That was my first featured post.

The seller did not really know/remember the other agents name, and I was not able to figure out who made the call to her. The agent I thought it was is a very low producer and actually only works with his family members and never prospects by phone or otherwise. I recalled my seller to make sure if I had the name right and she sad no.

So he's off the hook, whomever he was.

Anyway the good news is we recieved a full price offer today with time to find my clients a new home. July is going to be a happy month with 3 closings set up so far. Yipee!
