Are you a brand new real estate agent?

ARE YOU A BRAND NEW REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL?

When that license arrived in the mail, I'm betting that the first emotion you felt was excitement and pride~ quickly followed by fear and bewilderment!  Am I right?

That's ok.  You're not alone.  Real estate is one profession that can have that effect on newbies.  The brokerage that you've chosen may or may not offer a program to get you started.  You most likely are wondering what are the first things I should be doing?  Agents in your office, (If you are even in an office- many agents work remotely today and this makes it even harder for new agents) offer to help you.  But, after you've asked your fiftieth question and that is only your first day~ you don't want to keep taking up their valuable time.  So, where does a new agent begin?  These questions are a big reason why many new agents give up before they complete their first year in real estate.  I remember those frustrations very well.  

I am celebrating my tenth year as a real estate professional in 2017.  Yes, if you do the math I got my license in the beginning of the real estate crash of 2007.  I always say,

"Start at the bottom- there's no place to go but up!"

So, in honor of my tenth anniversary, I've decided that it's time to create a place for new agents to have that community that may be lacking now- especially with so many agents working remotely and not in an office on a day to day basis.  

Theres no cost or fees-just good old fashioned community.  The group already has some "well seasoned"

(I think they will take that as a compliment, lol)

and successful Realtors as members  as well as some newbies.  

My vision for the group is to offer some strategies and guidance for new agents to get off the ground and build their businesses and also to offer a place to come to for support and guidance.
