Every single person you so much as make eye contact with is a potential client. To be a great real estate agent, we have to network during every waking hour. If you want to fill your pipeline, and eventually expand it, then you have to take advantage of every interaction.
We never know where our next client will come from. Eye contact is an important one step too besides social media!

Step out of the comfort zone! Didn't realize that it's harder for men. I grew up being new every time I turned around (we moved a lot because of my dad's career). Gives you a chance to start fresh with each person!
I liked the length of the video, just enough to get the message across, Luke.

That means so much Gayle! It can be hard to get out there. I'd love to read a blog relating all the moving you did as a kid to your ability to be outgoing in your career.
You are adorable Luke Acree and refreshing I love video marketing . Oh wow I just saw you are also local ..Amazing
Luke, thanks for the follow. I would like to do learn to do a video like yours in 5 minutes. Maybe I can do about 30 in one session with a video producer and use them every day.
