~ Facebook Marketing Tips ~
Marketing on social media takes a lot of patience, persistence, a firm plan, a small dose of luck, and an understanding that it is important to give (being social) in order to get (prospects/leads/clients). On Facebook, when you put those 5 elements together there is a better than average chance you will find success with your efforts. If you are looking for quick "wins" then using social media may not be for you. Just sayin', Rainers. ;-).

I have been posting $20-30 weekly ads each time I have received a new listing this year, marketing to specific local demographics. They are all basic ads without any frills. Some have sold homes and others have had minimal impact and no leads. It is often a mystery on what catches the attention of buyers/sellers. I still occasionally scratch my head and I do ads regularly!
I did my usual FB ad for a new listing this past weekend and received 4 new clients via that ad by Monday (3 buyers (one has a home to sell). The new listing will get an ad this weekend and we will start home shopping later next week, 1 of the buyers went under contract last night, and the 3rd my assistant has started showing homes to. Four clients from 1 ad is a first for me. The power of persistence with FB marketing pays off!
