Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in the first half of 2017 increased to $676 from $674 in 2016, a 0.2% increase. Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in the first half of 2017 increased to $2,828,304 in 2017 compared to $2,001,962 in 2016. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $7,000,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Monte Malaga neighborhood was $1,500,000.
Currently, the Monte Malaga neighborhood has 16 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 16 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,468,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,835 square foot home, to $14,900,000 for a 7 bedroom/10 bath, 11,000 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
