The NeighborhoodLIFT program is dedicated to providing assistance for over 200,000 metro Denver residents. Funded by Wells Fargo, this plan aims to help homeowners with low or moderate-income meet rising home prices and to make their path to home ownership an easier process.
This year the program is extending to include other members of the community teachers, first responders, veterans, and active duty military. To qualify for this program you need to have or be in the process of securing a qualified loan in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, or Jefferson counties.
Those who qualify for this program will receive home-buying assistance grants of as much as $15,000. Over the course of 5 years this program has aided 14,541 families with the purchase of their homes. For those interested, there will be an informational event concerning this program on Sept. 8-9 at the Denver Marriot Tech Center.
