Do you schedule your daily routines?

Sometime the day seems to get away from me.  I have my daily routine planner that I use everyday and try to make it a point to do a certain  amount of prospecting daily to keep the funnel flowing.  But then there are all the other hats I have to wear in a day, like ordering or developing a new flyer for a listing, going to the post office to buy stamps and mail post cards.  Have to make the phone calls to people, NETWORKING, listing appointment, looking up properties.  

All this requires a system in place and time management!  We all run our own business and must make the time to get things done or hire a assistant to help get some of it done.  

The Most important think is get it done and keep the pipeline flowing always!

I always had trouble with "lists."  Until I added a To Do List app.  Appropriately, it is call Todoist.com.  Syncs with everything.  Now I never have to remember where my list is.  I just have to remember to look at it :-(

Hi Will -- I make a daily "to do" list which always seems to have some carryover activities as well as items that are checked off each day.

Will, for the most part I have a daily routine although there are days it gets derailed. I'm big on a to do list each day, for some reason if I write it down it gets taken care of.

I don't put my daily routines on my calendar, as inevitably they get moved around too often, haha.  There are days where I have to skip daily routines, as there are too many other commitments and there is only so much time in a day, haha.

I always have a great set of routines.... in my head.  Guess they won't do me much good there, lol!
