I have stopped by the old Hubbard Woods Volvo repair shop several times to get updates on the
new restaurant that is currently being built there. They asked me to come back in a few weeks to take pictures when they are further along. For now, I know the restaurant will be called Mino's Italian Restaurant and will have a trattoria feel and rustic menu.
