YOUR "TEAM" HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A MIDDLE-MAN-IN-THE-WAY.  I HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK CONTACTING THE BANKS MYSELF THAN TRYING TO GO THROUGH YOU GUYS. TO ASSIGN A CASE TO 5 PEOPLE IN LESS THAN 8 MONTHS IS RATHER REDICULOUS. AND THE WORST PART IS THE LATEST PERSON ASSIGNED IS ACTUALLY THE SAME PERSON WHO WAS ASSIGNED THE CASE ORIGINALLY AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH THE FILE FOR THE FOUR MONTHS THAT HE HAD IT.  IT IS VERY DISHEARTENING TO HEAR ABOUT THE UNFORTUNATE HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE BEEN HIT WITH EITHER UNEMPLOYMENT, ARM LOANS, OR TRAGEDY. BUT EVEN MORE DISHEARTENING TO TRY AND FIND HOPE WITH A COMPANY WITH NO COMPASSION FOR THEM.
I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THEM!

Wow...I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I can say that our loss mitigators have a 97% success rate with satisfied customers. You are the first person that has had anything negative to say about our services, to me at least. Since you didn't include your name or organization in your comment, It's hard to bring a solution to the problem.
