IN EVERY GROUP...there seems to be few that stand out above the crowd... you know... the ones we all look up to for inspiration and guidance. The ones who set the example for the rest of us to follow, and who make it easier to navigate the paths of uncertainty that we all have to face from time to time.

Well, there are two such people here in the rain, who are both knowledgeable, excellent examples of  such people;

             Dale Baker is a Vermont/NH home inspector, and Charles Buell is a Washinton State home inspector. Both have been inspirational in their information-filled posts, professional nature, and helpful hints they have provided for me and many others here on AR. I would encourage anyone to view their posts, and subscribe, since the information they both offer on a variety of subjects is both very useful and entertaining.
