This weeks report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michae Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 7.1 percent, for new homes up 15.3 percent and for resale condos up 2.2 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 4.2 percent and down 5.0 percent on condos and down 14.6 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 12.4 percent and the sales volume is down 1.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 12.4 percent and the sales volume is down 24.2 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 0.6 and the sales volume is down 5.6 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 4.9 percent and the sales volume is up 1.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 0.6 percent and the sales volume down 2.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 1.8 percent and the sales volume is up 18.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 23.4 percent and the sales volume is up 21.8 percent.
As The market has pent up buyers because of the low number of listings. We believe that the market will remain the same to the end of the year. Price should move up well into next year.
