What is FULL SERVICE any way?

When the challenge was put out to discuss Full Service, I jumped at it. It is something i take to heart. This month one of the Active Rain challenges is to discuss: What value I add to buyers or sellers - known as the "Value proposition."
Part 1. What is my definition of Full Service? I can sum it up like this, "When you hire me to sell your home or help you find your dream home, I stand by you through out each step of the Buying and Selling process." Full service means just that, taking care of each and every step of the buying or selling process.
Most consumers do not know what each step is, what is involved or what comes next. I like to outline what the step will be, what to expect and how I will assist you through them. The SAD FACT is that most consumers learn what full service is, by experiencing "no service, bad service and or discount service."
SELLING YOUR HOME: The steps of listing a home can be broken down into simple categories of pricing the home, getting the home ready for buyers to see, getting the seller ready for what they should and should not do during the selling process. Then identifying who the most likely buyer is and using my exclusive marketing plan tailored to that home and to go find those buyers. Some days the easy part is finding a buyer. The hard part is getting the sale to close. By standing by my sellers through each step, i am there for the inspection, the appraisal and keeping a close watch on the buyers mortgage process.
BUYING A HOME: When you are ready to buy a home the first step is always to get pre qualifed with a local and trusted lender. Hiring a buyer agent who wil stand by you through each step of the buying process is a must.
A good buyer agent starts by explaining the steps of the buying process, what to expect next and to update you on maret condition. Here in NH we are seeing an increase in listings, but over a shortage of good clean homes on the market. My new listings cn sell quick. Buyers need to be ready to look, make a decision and make a good offer.
This is why a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job. My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.
