The Hurricane’s Effects on Coral Springs Homes

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty 405188

Thousands of Coral Springs homeowners suffered losses after Hurricane Irma hit over the weekend. Only some folks were hit harder than others. For example, Penny Baker never lost her power. But Marcus Rickman is a stock broker who lives in a large 4-bedroom home. His place lost all its electricity on Sunday morning at roughly 11 am, despite the storm not hitting until much later that night. To make matters worse, Mark was then out of electricity for three days. Believe me, being stuck at home with three bored kids and no air conditioning unit in August is no fun. I saw a new listing you posted here today or yesterday in Fort Myers and wondered if those pictures were taken before the storm?
