I like e-neighborhoods. The reason I like it b/c you aren't under contract. You can pick what services you want to use, you can upgrade or downgrade. I love the buyers packet, the cma's and the neighborhood reports. These are the ones that I use. It seems that I downgrade and upgrade every so often, depending on how business is going.

I've tried it twice and dropped it in disgust both times. The service is redundant of most features that you can either do yourself or that you already have available. I was talked into trying it a second time by a representative who told me they had worked out the kinks, and added a bunch of new features. Baloney. The most dissappointing aspect was that the listings were not up to date.

Lindsay I had a supposed 60 day free trial from e-neighborhoods that lasted exectly 4 days for some unknown reason. They were meant to phone me back last Friday and never did so i'm not too impressed with them.

Michael In the short amount of time I had it working it seemed to be quite slow and when i wanted flags for what is on the market and sold, expired etc, all it showed me were sold flags. I wasn't greatly impressed but thought it might just be me.

We like it. My hubby knows way more about how to use it than I do, though. Clients really are impressed with the charts and graphs of information we can provide to them. It's nice to have the e-mailed postcards go out when we list/sell a home.

Terri Yes i like the look of the available info too but cannot seem to get past where it only shows sold flags and not current sales. Do you have this problem?

Patsy Hi. So the service is good for you, That's a good start. Has it generated many listings for you also above and beyond what you were getting before?

I am not impressed with eneighborhoods..I was really hoping for something more then what is already offered on my current MLS site..I tried the free trial, but I am going to cancel right away.

Paul, I have to agree with the majority that I was not impressed and cancelled. 

I also tried it and found it to be no different than what I could do with the MLS.
