One of my favorite clients! This young family is a true American story, though I will not go into too much detail other then there is a saying Gary Keller has..."you can be anywhere you want in 5 years or less"
Fast forward to meeting my client and understanding his story, understanding their wants and needs and looking for a home in the greater Charleston area where homes are on the market less then a day in a particular price range. We were 1 of 4 initial offers on this home, we lost even though we offered well above asking with minimal contingencies.... This was their "dream" home and we missed out on it....
Fast forward about 25 days and the contract falls apart, we revisit the home and are able to get the home at a lower price then initial offered, get his entire closing cost covered to the point where we got his Earnest money back at closing! Talk about a happy client!
We love to make clients "dream" homes come true and this one hit to the core for me! So happy that they are in their home with their 2 kids and enjoying the American Dream!
