How do you find a good referral? I have a special client and need someone to "impress" him!

Looking to refer a special client!!  Hello, My name is Sandy Bliven, I an agent with RE/MAX South County from Westerly, RI.  I am looking for an agent in the Ashland, Mass and Winthrop Area to refer a special client.   Are you interested?   I believe in "networking and referrals" - this could be the start of something big.  Let me know what you think about joining "forces" - The Winthrop property.
