The sun shines in Flower Mound, TX
No tragedies, losses, or drama, it's a good day!
My oldest sister has a birthday - so glad to know she's older than me
A long-distance phone call is in order, wish I could be with her.
T.V. is off. I have no plans on turning it on today.
Took care of business - that was easy!
I've been up since 3 a.m. and feeling great!
The sun shines brightly in Flower Mound, TX.
I'm reading a good Magazine, I highly recommend
Fall 2017, NewPhilosopher, "Fake News!"
It really IS a good day!
Communication is essential but it's good to shut down the news
don't let it encroach privacy, I've had enough of that, haven't you?
Here's what was written by George Orwell on 18 April 1930
"noticed that no event is ever correctly reported in a newspaper."
Or how about this a hundred years earlier by Henry David Thoreau,
"idle rumours and gossip into your mind was intellectual and moral suicide"
Extra! Extra! Read All About It!
Did you ever have newspaper stands on your street corners?
I showed houses on Friday, it's fun to show others what's behind doors
But not nice when seller comes in the back door to yell
I parked in his driveway. Seriously? He scared us away.
Why are some people so rude? Don't they want to sell?
And why weren't there instructions - Don't park in the driveway?
It's hard to figure out angry people or why instructions aren't clear
No Buyer's offer for that seller, not then, not now, not ever!
"And on the 7th day God rested"
Today I rest and reflect
News Reporters, the Media, or Angry People?
The Gospel Truth or just rumor?
Real or Fake. Listen or turn a deaf ear.
It's a great day for reflections
Good day for Deaf ear
