~ Facebook Marketing Tips ~
I am pretty mellow, really, I am. However, I participated in a social media webinar recently and every couple of minutes 2 agents would take turns bashing Facebook and how it is was not smart to be using it, lack of leads, waste of time, etc. (everyone is entitled to their own opinion). They spouted off some FB "facts" and that is when I chimed in.
I asked for a reference to their claims and they instead tried to bully me. When that did not work one made a snide remark (I won't repeat it). It got me mad and I blurted out, "You need to be thankful I am not in your market. Before you had an opportunity to improve your marketing I would own your @$$es". It was met with laughter from several and a "let's move on" from one of the offending agents.
I regretted it later but it did get me thinking...if we are hungry for more biz, but not taking the next step to solve that issue (however we decide to do it), should we really be all that surprised when someone else swoops in and starts to take away our share of the market?
Did You Know...according to Zephoria, engagement is 18% higher on Thursday and Friday. How is knowing this beneficial? Maybe we have a great new FB ad we want to try out or a killer article we want to generate leads from. Knowing when activity is at its apex is very helpful. ;-)
What's new with your FB marketing, Rainers? Try something recently that worked well (or failed)? Perhaps you updated your cover photo or switched up your activity day/times? Have something on the horizon that you are excited about? Do share!
PLEASE stop by the 5 Facebook Business Pages below, LIKE their page, and leave a comment. It is always nice to reciprocate, so if you are visited, please take a moment and return the favor.

I spent a little time this week sharing other agents' content via FB. There are instances when I see something that I have not yet blogged about that could be of benefit to my readers, so I share the information. It is a good way to "fill gaps" in our marketing and provide something of value to our local readers. Do you share articles on FB that were created by others?
Happy Facebook Friday! ;-)
