In April 2008, there were 444 homes sold in Montgomery County. Prices ranged from $3,000 - $663,000. The total dollar volume sold in April 2008 was $49,532,576.

In April 2007, there were 689 homes sold in Montgomery County. Prices ranged from $1,500 - $925,000. The total dollar volume sold in April 2007 was $75,331,207.

wow $3,000? that is really low considering that around my market the homes don't sell for less than $80,000 and that's if the house is falling apart and is in one of the worse areas

689 at 75 million is certainly a whole lot better than 444 at 49 million however, that's still 444 homes that sold in the negative world of real estate doom and gloom as portrayed by the media.
