wow $3,000?  that is really low considering that around my market the homes don't sell for less than $80,000 and that's if the house is falling apart and is in one of the worse areas

689 at 75 million is certainly a whole lot better than 444 at 49 million however, that's still 444 homes that sold in the negative world of real estate doom and gloom as portrayed by the media.
