Where's the Easy Button?

The 30 day escrow closed two days early.  Hit the easy button!

The listing agent is a true professional and a credit to our profession.  Paperwork flowed effortlessly between our offices.  We met deadlines.  We communicated and returned phone calls promptly.  Give the easy button a couple of taps!

The buyer and seller were cooperative, calm and as good as it gets when it comes to clients!  Another tap or two please!

The escrow officer orchestrated all parts and players into a smooth symphony with each party doing what was needed, when it was needed--sometimes ahead of schedule.  The only F word to describe this experience is FUN!

The mortgage broker delivered a jumbo loan ahead of schedule!  We nearly wore out the easy button on this one.

It was my pleasure to be a member of this real estate dream team.  Now, if that short sale offer I have out is half as easy, the easy button will be sounding again soon!

good post..sounds like my escrows- they all usually go on schedule...except for the bank repos-you need to add about a week to that.

It is good to see the easy button in real estate.  I try to make all mine that way but once in a while they hit the hard button.
