Be active real estate agents in good standing with their licenses at the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) or they may have their licenses on ICE (inactive but in good standing)
Be enrolled in State of Colorado approved real estate classes and have a business plan to proceed in their careers.
Be entrepreneurial in their nature, self starters. This isn’t a Monday - Friday job that you punch in at 9 AM and leave by 5 PM.
