If any of you are like me, you have experience with cardiac arrest and nothing that is exciting. InsideCardiacArrest.com gives detailed information on arrhythmia and how it leads to cardiac arrest. The website goes into risk factors and warning signs and gives information on treatment of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

InsideCardiacArrest.com has two videos that you can view: Sudden Cardiac Arrest & The Human Heart. I would recommend that you check both of these out as SCA kills 325,000 people a year - or nearly 900 per day and it usually occurs without warning. Most people do not realize that if SCA is not treated in the first 4 to 6 minutes, it can be fatal.
