I noticed you have not written in awhile. just curious if that is because you use an outside blog and didnt find AR too successful - thanks and happy 4th
Hey James - AR is great and if I didn't have 90 REO listings and counting to deal with and a full time staff, I'd be posting daily. Right now I don't have the time.
FYI - I started blogging about 4 years ago and have found that AR is actually better (for my purposes) than any blog I used before that. Community Server, Blogger, Vannila, etc. I've tried lots of them.
