I awoke this morning to a new start
A clean palette
Ready to be swept with all the vibrancy of life
My choice --
Bright, bold colors,
muted pastels,
or...neutrals.
Today is a new beginning and I can paint my own picture
An artist can see the rainbow in a storm
A poet can find peace amid war
A loner can discover romance in his heart
I can paint my own picture
