Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Root Agency

I have never written in this blog before. So Hi everyone. I have to start with I love Love LOVE my job. I love being a realtor, I love meeting new people. I love helping people. And I love proving people that not all realtors are bad.

Just the other day I spoke with a FSBO about there home, I had been working with people in his town so I wanted to cover all the bases and started talking to FSBO's. Anywho, after talking about his house he started telling me he wouldnt list with an agent because they are all terrible. They never call back with feedback, and they just dont care. He has very little respect for us. He thinks we are worse then scum. He had his house listed with two different agents! I felt so bad! So I mailed him Century 21's Seller Service Pledge and I hope that he sees that there are good realtors out there! I think that it is our duty to check up on our clients as often as possible, and let them know what you are doing. I email, fax or hand deliver my advertising statistics on my clients home every week. So they know I am not just sitting on my rear.

Take care Everyone!!

Valeria, I wish you the best at winning him over. Remind him that you have the easy assess to the mls system for showing and it is done when he is at work and then of course on the weekends and he can shop while the showings are going on. You must win him over. You must communicate and give him the best advise to help sell the home as a FABO to win him over. Good luck. It can take up to 6 weeks to get him to see you will help him. The referrals from him will benifit you so much.
