The Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) continues to make housing affordable for first-time home buyers in Virginia. VHDA is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to making home-buying education available for first-time home buyers. They also offer mortgages, grants and down-payment assistance. VHDA Seminar Format
The seminars are done in two formats.
