It was back to the gym with a clear head and ready to add more weights and reps! Did it.... I was ready for it.... the long weekend with all of the partying and eating out of my routine is over and my good habits are full force ahead.
Today was back and biceps....Jenn Miller, my trainer, took some photos....it was a good workout....pulled alot of weight....and I'm looking forward to Wednesday.
The mid row back routine was done with double cables.... I think it was a total of 80 pounds that I pulled....
At some point, I want to do two stacks....one cable in each hand....that's my goal!!!
