On September 18, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 0.8% to the price of $388,500 in August of 2017 from price of $385,500 in July of 2017, and jumped 9.4% from price of $355,000 in August of 2016. While, homes sales rose 6.3% in August of 2017 from July of 2017, and up 3.3% from August of 2016 in Riverside County, California.
There were 3.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in August of 2017 decreased from 3.5 months in July of 2017, and dropped from 4.1 months in August of 2016. An average it took 26.0 days to sell a home in August 2017, higher from 24.0 days in July of 2017, but fell from 48.5 days in August of 2016 in Riverside County, California.
