The Galveston Bay Foundation invites volunteers to assist with Marsh Mania from 9 am until noon on May 31, and help to clean up Galveston Bay.  This annual restoration effort involves clean up and planting of cord grass and sea grass.  This helps to provide homes for wildlife, protect shorelines, and improve water quality.  Volunteers can create more than ten acres of habitat in the Galveston Bay area.  Contact Volunteer Houston Bay Area at 281-282-6035 or visit www.volunteerhouston.org
