A great day... Hang in there and it can happen for you!

I have to admit, I have been a little goofy since I started on Active Rain.  It has brought a lot of enthusiasm back to Real Estate for me.  Having only been on Active rain for about a month I still consider myself a NEWBIE!

There is so much great information and the people here are AMAZING!

My week didn't start great, I lost a deal earlier this week that was supposed to close in JUNE!

So I sign on today and I have my first FEATURED POST!

Very Cool!

Then I get back to my office and find out my deal fell back together again, and probably because of something I suggested my clients do!

Very Cool and MONEY!!!

Then I get back to the office and have a message that I have a buyer looking for a home and I get her on the phone and she sounds really nice, and serious and PRE-QUALIFIED!

I asked her how she got my name and she says ACTIVE RAIN!

That is SO COOL!

Sorry to be so goofy, but this is really fun and I hope you all have a great day soon!

Great for you Kevin :-)  I also am amazed at how much AR has changed the way I approach certain aspects of real estate now...learning new things everyday.  Congrats on your new AR lead, on your deal working out and your first feature....happy dance for you!!!!
