The median sales price among townhomes was $465,000.

Two listings were canceled. One after 42 days and the other after 97 days. The other two homes that are available are in the same community. One is turn-key and the other needs updating. Both have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Once the one that needs work is updated these two homes would be great comparables.
