It seems some Real Estate Agents are so out of ideas that they have decided to call on a higher power to help them sell their listings. The St Joseph statue has once again become popular as people try and find ways to move homes in a buyers market. The idea is that you bury the statue and then pray! St Joseph is supposed to help deliver a buyer. Personally I prefer the more traditional method of hiring a professional who knows what they are doing! I ran this story on my radio show (The Home Team on 540 WFLA) a couple of weeks ago and then last night I saw it on the local Fox News! Funny! :O)

Simon,

I emailed one of my sellers and suggested that he might want to get a St. Joseph statue.

He emailed me back saying that he and his wife had in fact buried a statue last week. They didn't know if they should tell me.

And, hopefully, we'll have a buyer soon...

And, I always take any help I can get!
