I love all of those things which si why we are by the ocean in Florida for our second home. This would also be a great second home and I bet with VRBO and Airbnb it could pay for itself while you aren't there.
I haven't been by lately, Margaret, but I just noticed your new photo, and it is gorgeous! Just like your cottage on the beach, and how you dragged me down this path to finding out more about it. The price is certainly reasonable, 90 minutes to Baltimore is good, too. Well, if I lived in Baltimore, LOL. But a Sears Cottage from 1936 is incredible. Is this where they shipped everything and homeowners put it together onsite?
