Should give you something to think about when you do your flyers and your MLS listings. Watch your words. There are enough articles out there on the internet that make fun and say what the words "really mean" Here are some examples:

Cozy means dollhouse (tiny)

Convenient to shopping: Next to a strip mall.

Charming: Small.

Turnkey: Just overhauled, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Unique: Remodeled by someone on acid.

Handyman special: Bring boots.

Walk to Schools (insert your own word): Schools are 20 blocks away.

Motivated seller: They need to sell before they default on their mortgage.

Tall ceilings: Taller than you by a few inches!

Great Rental Property: Great for renters to tear apart easily.

Pre-foreclosure: UH OH! BETTER HURRY UP BEFORE THEY LOSE IT (or you could just wait to get a better deal).

OK, I'm Busted....You have been reading my postings/flyers.  And I thought I was being so sly!  Glad to see that things in Georgia are so much like SW Florida.

Jennifer,  This a a great list to make agents think about how they word things.  Buyers see through these descriptions.
