The Aurora community calendar has been updated for a few events in the coming months. We try to announce as many events as we are aware of for our residents in all our Aurora property management portfolio. This Saturday October 7 at 10:30am will be the Water Conservation - Build Your Own Drip System tutorial class held at the Central Library Large Community Room. Water-efficient drip irrigation systems are great for gardens of all types. The class will show you how to design, construct and maintain your new drip system in this hands-on class. Registration is required for all classes.
The only town meetings this week will take place at 3:30 today in the Mt. Elbert Room of the AMC and the Excelsior Youth Center Sat. Oct 14 at 9:00am. The Aurora Fox Arts Center Board meeting will be planning their retreat and the Public and Intergovernmental Relations Policy Committee will have an agenda available for details. Meg Ryansey will have the full itinerary for everyone at the door. As always, we recommend showing up 30 minutes early if you need a seat. The space is extremely limited and usually taken up right before the meeting commences.
The Utah Indoor Pool will be closed for maintenance until the end of the October. The pool will re-open with regular hours on Saturday, November 4. We apologize for any inconvenience. Beck Indoor Pool is open with regular hours as an alternative. Check our website for lap swim, open swim, lessons and aqua fitness schedules.
