1314 Napoleon Avenue
New Orleans, La, 70115
There is a lot of History behind the St. Elizabeth's Condos in Uptown New Orleans. They were onverted into condos in 2005 and have trended upwards in p-rice and demand since that time. In 1993 is was bought by Anne Rice, the famous New Orleans author. Going back to 1865 the building was opened as a school.
Orphanage. St. Elizabeth's Home for Girls and stayed that way for over 100 years. In 1989 it became apartments until Anne Rice Purchased it. The inside has some great looks but the outside is a great condo association to take photos of the exterior. The angels and windows are amazing along with the shutters, wrought iron, brick, porches and doors.
