Jamison is a great place to live. There are many parks and restaurants in Jamison.
I live and work in Jamison. One of my favorite parks, Warwick township Community Park is located at 1733 Township Green and Meyer Way.
The park has Recreation Station, playground, tennis and basket ball courts, soccer/lacrosse fields and walking trail. In summer they have a spray pole that little kids enjoy .
There are 3 communities within walking distance of this park.
Yorktown is an active adult community that is next to the park. These homes all have garages. They have a clubhouse. These homes are two story homes with first floor main bedrooms. They do not have a basement but have lofts.
Windrush is a sub division of townhomes with two, three and four bedooms.All these homes have garages. Many of the homes have basement.
Woodfield Estates have large detached homes. The homes have 3,4 or 5 bedrooms They have garages and basements. There are many floor plans.
People who live in Yorktown,Woodfield and Windrush can walk to the park.
They have a nice walking trail.
I write marke reports about these communties and post photos of the parks when I have a listing .
I have taken some nice photos of some of the amenities.The parks and recreation department hosts summer concerts and movies in the park as well as Halloween events and Easter Egg hunts sponsored by local businesses.
I will post the photo of the walking trail because it is one amenity everyone can use regardless of age.
