Photos That Grab Attention
A few years ago I was selected to list a waterfront home that had some issues. It was older and with only minimal updates. There was some deferred maintenance that needed to be done. And of course, the seller wanted top dollar. But, it had a terrific location. So I led all of my marketing with this picture.
I got tons of showings and I did get the pushback about the condition of the home, but I still managed to sell it for one of the best prices in this community. Well above prices that were received for more updated homes.
I believe this was a direct result of the waterfront images I provided. Folks that came to look at this home were much more interested in the view and location than the condition of the home.
