Broker Public Portal Update

Currently, more than 100 MLSs representing 700,000+ agents in the U.S. are participating in the BPP/Homesnap platform

 

Our MLS with Emerald Coast Association of Realtors doesnt currently work with BPP or Homesnap. I am wondering what the feedback might be with members here on AR that do work with BPP. Is this what you expected when you signed up with BPP that they may outsource under a company? I do think its a great price at 1.00 per month per agent with the deal with the MLS's as I understand it to be paid to Homesnap to be able to use the website customer facing along with the mobile app and customer generation.

 

Are you at all concerned with the automation aspect with a centeralized database for comps that could help to put appraisers out of work?

Blackknight owner of Paragon as I understand it has a partnership with Homesnap.

I've never heard of either and honestly I find just the name "Homesnap" to be super unappealing...  trying too darn hard to be catchy.

Brenda Whitman, Live in Laramie Real Estate  thanks for the comment. The homesnap/BPP network works with over 1/3 of all the MLS in the United States worth checking out to know whats going on.

John Pusa Thanks for checking out the post and the feedback, I am interested  to seee the comments on those using the app and if they like it and if its what they expected in the way of the lead generation and hopefully from those that supported BPP from the beginning and if its where they thought they would end up.
