I want to share with you some fan mail. It read to "STOP scaring Home Buyers". If you have spent anytime reading my blog, you know I love to share stories. I list what happened and how we solved it. The "so called fan" thinks that this can "scare buyers right out of the market."
I look at things differently while Listing and Selling homes here in the Manchester NH area. You see, I am one for communication. Before starting the home buying or selling process, I like to go over with my client what they can expect. What time line we are using and what is expected of them. I like to list what to do and what not to do.
Many of my stories here in my Active Rain Blog, are about buyers and sellers who had no clue what to do, what not to do or what to do next. No one told them. No one educated them. No one updated them. A simple conversation could have avoided many problems during the home buying and selling process.
I always stress communication and strive to be a leader in communicating with my clients. With many real estate companies stressing cost savings and limited services, the business of offering more service is picking up.
THE BOTTOM LINE is that writing a blog about what can go wrong wth buying or selling a home is meant put the answers in the spotlight. There is no secret that "things" can pop up when buying r selling a house. The first plan is avoid them. Plan B is to solve them when they do pop up. PLAN C is share it with the public so they dont make the same mistakes as others before them.
There is a difference from agent to agent. That a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job. My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.
