October 10th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 9

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) were flat once again today at 102.94 having finished the day just 14 basis points below resistance offered by the 100 day moving average. The 30 year was available at 4.00% today.  The 30 year jumbo was at 4.00%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
