I like Matterport- and use it on many of my listings - I guess I need to use it on even more! 

Linda Itskovitz We use 3D vitual tours and found great alternatives to Matterport. The technology is spreading rapidly.

Matterport is impressive, no doubt. I don't think its for everyone in every market though. 

considering... Linda, in your opinion,  do you use Matterport in all your listings or there is a minimum price that is really worthy to have available?

The baseline of 60% conversion rate on listing appointments is a pretty weak starting point. I'll check out the case study

Matterport is starting to be used in my area, too. On my list of things to check out in the next 2 months.

Had some issues downloading your report using Chrome. Had to close and reopen the browser, but I did finally see the case study show up in my inbox.

Hi I l am really impressed by the finish product of Matterport, I purchased all they had to offer recently doll house view, pictures (stills) and the 3D tour - the home sold quickly but I was a bit dismayed at how few people had viewed the 3D tour unless I showed it to them.  I got the feeling that buyers agents for the listing did not want to show their buyers as it was not something that they or their company's offer, maybe - maybe not?  

I don't hear much about Matterport locally. There are quite a few alternatives to purchase if the need arises. It is difficult to keep up with all of the technology that comes at us.  It's a good problem to have.

I love Matterport technology!  I saw the presentation and am waiting for my seller to be ready in a few days.  Can't wait to see it and how it will impact my business. 

60% conversion would be ideal for a lot of people but this is good information regardless
