Doylestown township Bucks County market report September 2017

Doylestown  township is located in Bucks county,  Pa.

I looked up the mls for residential listings of single family (does not include multi family homes )  homes sold in Doylestown  township in September  2017.

This is what I  found :

There were 18  homes that settled in the  September 2017.

The lowest sale price was $51,500 .

The highest sale price was $702,500  .

The average sale price was $388,794

The homes were on the market for an average of 56 days.

The average price per sq ft was   155.70
